Floral Series with Anthropologie

Wearing: Textured Floral Bomber & Julietta Midi Dress

Wearing: Cece Gingham Jacket & Gingham Cropped Pants

Wearing: Michael Stars Shine Tee & Emory Silk Dress

A few months back, I had the chance to work on my first photo shoot with Anthropologie, and it was honestly a dream come true! I worked together with Morgan Ashley Johnson (social content producer for Anthro) and with Kelsea Olivia Gaynor (the incredibly talented gal behind eastolivia).

If you throw Morgan's photography, Kelsea's beautiful floral creations, and my willingness to model Anthro's pieces into the get what we created above!

This shoot was truly such an honor to be a part of. It was such a fun merging of creative minds, and opened my heart and mind to the possibility of so many more. Projects like the one above are what makes my soul so deeply happy, and opportunities like this are what keeps me inspired and what motivates me to continue to do what I do. I'm so thrilled I was able to be a part of it.

It's reasons like this that remind me why I started Leopard Martini in the first place, and why this will always remain my outlet for creativity.

Head to Anthropologie's Instagram & scroll through to see more images from this shoot!

Guatemala Here I Come!!

~ Antigua ~

~ Lake Atitlán ~

I have some VERY EXCITING news loves!! ...

I'm heading to Guatemala this SEPTEMBER!!

For those of you who might not know, and now that I think about it... I'm not sure that I've ever shared this on the blog, but Guatemala has always been a huge part of my life. Both of my parents are from there, and so much of my mom and dad's side of the family is still living there.

We used to visit Guatemala almost every year when I was little, and the last time that my brother and I were there was 15 YEARS AGO!! I can't believe it's been 15 years since I was last in Guatemala! My parents have been a few times without us over the past few years, but this will be the first time in ages for us to all go together as a family.

Needless to say, we are long overdue for a family trip to Guate.

I'm looking forward to spending time with all of my family there, visiting their coffee and flower  plantations, eating all kinds of delicious food, and visiting so many beautiful places while there. We're staying in the city for the majority of the trip, but we also plan to venture out and stay a few nights in Antigua and visit Lake Atitlán

I've also created a Guatemala inspiration board on Pinterest here
**haha, can you tell I'm a little excited?!**

I can't wait to share our trip to Central America with you!
I'm definitely planning to blog all about it, and will be sharing lots on Instagram.

Daytrip Jumpsuit

Anthropologie Daytrip Jumpsuit , Initial Necklace & Gelda Tassel Drop Earrings | Guatemalan Bag | LOFT Shoes (Similar Here & Here

Happy Monday!!

I hope you had a fun, and restful weekend. Mine was filled with catching up on lots of much needed rest. I've been working on so many different things recently from the move, to the blog, and everything with Anthropologie... it's been making me one very exhausted girl.

I decided to spend all of Sunday catching up on emails, napping, and Netflixing. - I haven't had a day like that in ages, and it felt amazing to just relax all day inside my cozy little studio.

What did you do this weekend? Are you planning anything fun for the 4th?! I can't believe it's coming up so soon

As far as today's look goes - this daytrip jumpsuit from Anthro is one of my new favorites! It's been selling so fast in stores, and online and also comes in a fun black and white print. It's incredibly comfy too which has been key for me recently when it comes to jumpsuits. With all the running around I do in the city, I've got to be able to move fast in easy, effortless pieces!

Check out the links below to shop the look!

Life Lately

It's beginning to slowly hit me that I'm leaving New York... I had a dream last night that I was living in sunny Austin, and just love love loving life, but in my dream I was also missing NYC a little on the inside.

I know that I can always come back and visit New York, but a part of me is going to miss having my cozy little studio on the Upper East Side. I've become accustomed to all of my favorite little spots in the neighborhood: My go-to Chinese take-out across the street, the Italian grocery store two blocks over where I always buy my favorite coffee, and my favorite flower bodega where I know each time I go I'll find gorgeous blooms for the apartment... there are so many things about my neighborhood that I'm going to miss!

On that note...I'm definitely planning to make the most of my last few weeks here, but still have SO much to do before I leave!! From packing everything up in my apartment, to selling a few things I won't need, and keeping up with the blog, plus continuing my work with Anthropologie... someone send HELP please!! This girl is gonna need it!

My NYC Summer Bucket List

Anthropologie Tidal Jumpsuit | BaubleBar Earrings
ZARA Top (Similar Here) | LOFT Sandals (Similar Here & Here

Happy First Day of Summer friends!!

I can't believe Summer is already here! It feels as though this year has just been flying by. It's going to be Fall again before we know it!

I've been rotating between flowy dresses and comfy jumpsuits this season. This tidal jumpsuit from Anthropologie featured above, is one of my absolute favorites! I've worn it sooo many times already and just now it's going to be on heavy rotation this Summer.

Guys...this is my last official Summer as a New Yorker!! (Insert sad emoji here) It's beginning to hit me that I'm going to be saying goodbye to NYC very soon. I decided to make a fun list of things that I'm planning to do this Summer before I jet off to Texas!

My NYC Summer Bucket List

1. Go to The Hamptons! - I still haven't been, and am planning a trip with a few girlfriends this Summer! I can't wait.

2. Kayak around Manhattan.

3. Have a picnic with friends at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

4. Enjoy a day in the sun at Coney Island - (Nathan's Famous Hotdogs included of course!)

5. Get tickets to the Ballet at Lincoln Center.

6. Visit Central Park Zoo.

7. Take pictures at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden

8. Eat my way through Little Italy.

9. Plan a few happy hours at some favorite rooftop spots in the city.

10. Have a fun going away party with all of my loves here in NYC!

Do you have anything fun on your Summer Bucket List? I feel as though I've already done so many of the things that I wanted to do when I first moved to New York. From walking The High Line, to going to the top of the Empire State Building, and getting lost in Times Square, to spending a day at The MET.

Now it's time to sit back, and enjoy these last few weeks in New York City with some of my favorite people. I'm definitely planning to document a lot of it on Instagram Stories so stay tuned!!
