Happy Monday friends!
This week is probably one of the busiest that I've had so far! With Christmas shopping, holiday parties, getting ready to leave for Texas, and my birthday all in the same week it's definitely been slightly crazy! I can't believe that Christmas is just around the corner, and that I get to see my family and friends back home so so soon. I'm really looking forward to being back in Texas for a bit and doing things that I haven't done in sooo long. Like eat amazing Mexican food & BBQ, sleep in a house instead of an apartment, and drive a car again!! It's so funny how different things have become for me since moving to New York City and how I've learned to appreciate little things that I used to have back in Amarillo. (Completely different lifestyles!) Don't get me wrong though... I wouldn't trade New York for anything!
I wore this outfit over the weekend, while my brother and I walked around the Upper East Side a bit. The neighborhood looks absolutely gorgeous right now during the holidays, and it's so fun to simply stroll around and admire the beautiful brownstones and Christmas decorations. Manhattan definitely knows how to do Christmas.
